2008 MOSB REGISTRATION FORM

Instruction on how to purchase Registration and Events:

1. Print a copy of the registration form.

2. From the drop down menu, select the number of people attending.

3. Now, click the Paypal "Add to Cart" Button under the Registration Form to add your registration to the shopping cat.

4. Do the same with each event you want to attend.

5. When the shopping cart appears click the "Continue Shopping" button. This will bring you back to the Convention website.

6. Mail the registration form with a copy of your paypal receipt that you will receive via email, to the address at the bottom of the registration form.

Click the printer icon near the top of the PDF Registration Form.  You will need to fill out the form and mail it in along with a copy  of your PayPal Receipt
